When i was a little kid, my grandfather would sculpt the Disney characters out of wood. We would love to watch him do this in his atelier. When he made this one, he said something like 'You'll probably end up working for Walt Disney'.

Alright, so I haven't painted on canvas for a while and I wanted to make this piece a fun and candid image of a child astronaut fishing for dreams of imaginary fishes. If I've learned anything from this piece, it's that I need to paint more loosely.
